Nimb

At Nimb they focus on the details. Originally built as an Arab fantasy castle by the head architect of Tivoli, combined with modern interior decor, it certainly has a unique charm. Not just a place to rest your head, the chefs working in the six restaurants are regarded as some of the best in Copenhagen. A hotel for the foodies out there, its beautiful location in the middle of the gardens means you can sit outside & enjoy your food with a warm blanket provided by the restaurant. We love that they source only the best ingredients, providing modern, contemporary Nordic food.

Formel B

Kristian Arpe–Møller and Rune Amgild Jochumsen took over Formel B when they were in their early twenties, their ambition and passion for food shines through the establishment. We fell in love with the honest, simple, unpretentious cooking. And this philosophy holds true throughout the experience, the simple joy of food, wine and good atmosphere. A wonderful dining experience from start to finish.

Vesterbrogade 182, 1800 Frederiksberg C, Denmark

Relae

No trip to Relae is the same, the focus on surprise means the daily menu is not revealed until you sit down at your table. But it’s not just the element of surprise which makes this restaurant worth the visit, 90-100% of all their chosen produce is certified organic. We were intrigued by the modest decor, such a stark contrast to the innovative & interesting food. Their unique flavour combinations still manage to be delicious, following Noma's famous philosophy. Not one to miss!

Address

Jægersborggade 41, 2200 København N, Denmark

Kødbyens Fiskebar

Located in the meat packing district of Copenhagen, this industrial area is not where you would expect to find this type of restaurant. But Kødbyens Fiskebar has elevated the area, bringing a cool factor to the location. It's the perfect place if you are looking for a simple yet well cooked meal with very fresh fish and ingredients, in an up and coming area, think El Born in Barcelona when it started or New York's meat packing district.
