When an item is on pre-order it will always specify a delivery time e.g. Delivery in February / Delivery in 2-3 weeks. This means the item is currently being produced and will be shipped to you the moment we receive it. 

Gift cards can be purchased both online & in our central London studio-store. Both physical gift cards (which come delivered in our luxurious signature packaging) or virtual gift cards are available. To purchase a gift card please click HERE

Yes. If you have a gift code it can be used both online and at our central London studio-store.

You can only use one gift code per order.

Yes.  All transactions on this website are processed using Sagepay, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. We offer same day delivery in central London (for orders placed before 12pm), next day delivery for UK (for orders placed before 12pm) and express delivery worldwide. You will be able to select these options at checkout. To learn more about shipping options please click here >

Milli Millu insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until delivery. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes on to you.

Yes, if you would like to collect your order from our central London studio-store, please send an email to customer [email protected] or give our team a call on +44 (0) 2077309411. They will make sure the order is not shipped & is kept aside for collection at a time which best suits you. 
Yes, your confirmation email will provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to track your order via the relevant courier company.

We offer a lifetime repair service. This service is completely free for 12 months after purchase, after which you will only be asked to pay for shipment to and from our factory if you are unable to drop & collect the item from our central London studio-store. Prices on the website are shown inclusive of UK VAT. If your shipping address is outside the EU then VAT tax will be deducted from your order in the shopping bag page. For orders to US, Canada & Switzerland the price of the item is inclusive of duties and taxes. To all other countries outside of the EU we ship on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Bespoke

Yes, we offer a service in which you can change the length of the handles or cross-body strap of your bag. This only applies to some handbags, this will be indicated on the product page.
