When an item is on pre-order it will always specify a delivery time e.g. Delivery in February / Delivery in 2-3 weeks. This means the item is currently being produced and will be shipped to you the moment we receive it.

Milli Millu insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until delivery. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes on to you.
